Comparison of SNUH-MC-91 and DKFZ-MC Decisions: This figure compares the decision results of SNUH-MC-91 and DKFZ-MC across different calibrated score ranges. The decisions are categorized as follows: A All ranges: Distribution of all decisions regardless of calibrated score B Score ≥ 0.9: High-confidence decisions, C 0.9 > Score ≥ 0.5: Medium-confidence decisions, D Score < 0.5: Low-confidence decisions “Match” indicates cases where the methylation classifier result (with score ≥ 0.9) is consistent with histopathology, clinical information, and NGS findings.
